I'll be working on a cover for the red sensor tomorrow but I am happy to announce that I got every piece inside without collisions and this should work as intended if I print it. The lever arm is a bit more fragile than I would like so I might bulk it up where I can but the true test will be how well this holds up against 1000 hrs of printing. If this piece works well, I can use it on all my future printer builds without modification.
I might also be getting ahead of myself but I have been pondering an enclosed delta and ultimaker style of printer for my next build. I want a respectable range of products people can choose from and to push the 3D printing medium forward.
